Editing Packages
Whether it comes to videos or stills, there are two different editing packages available to choose from: The Standard Editing package and the Premium Editing package. Choosing the best editing package for your listing could depend on a variety of factors: Your clientele, the listing price, the project budget, the extent of editing you wish to have, and the impression you want to leave on viewers and buyers.
In general, the Standard Editing package is suitable for most low and mid price-point listings and produces a solid marketing product you can rely on to get your property sold. The Premium Editing package, which offers a lot more attention to fine detail and the removal of distractions, meets the expectations of higher price-points and discerning clientele, and is highly recommended for any luxury-home listing. standard editing
The Standard Editing package works great for many listings. It offers viewers a solid product and gives a good impression of the property. Great for most low and mid price-point properties, the Standard Editing package is designed to photograph (or video) the property as-is and leave a good impression. Although it does not spend extensive time in the removal of distractions or enhancing the photos, it does offer a good-looking product of how the home actually looks on the day of the shoot. Of course, the more preparation the home-owner (and agent) put into the listing before the day of the shoot, the better result they can expect from the photos and the better impression they will leave on the viewers.
premium editing
The Premium Editing package offers a lot more attention to fine detail, color and shading correction due to lighting and shadows, the addition of blue skies on exteriors if needed, and cleaning up the photos by the removal of minor distractions (cords, shadows, occasional objects, carpet indents, scuff marks, etc.). This editing package will usually satisfy the most particular buyer or seller, meet the expectations of higher price-points, and is highly recommended for any luxury home listing as this package will showcase the home at its best. However, as nothing can replace preparation, the more work that goes into preparing the property before the day of the shoot, the higher quality result everyone can expect from the photos and videos.
